Perhaps as many as half the earth’s population was influenced by the Beatles, and not only by their music. George, the “quiet Beatle” is sometimes said to have been responsible for the “Beatle sound.” He was also “the spiritual Beatle,” the one who questioned life and death, good and bad, and existence itself.
