The second excellence of the first verse of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu’s Siksastaka is written by Bhaktivinoda Thakura as follows: “Bhava-maha-davagni-nirvapanam” means that chanting removes all miseries, stages of sin, and ignorance.
