Mark Twain

OK, it’s time for more epigrams. Mark Twain DID say, “Forgiveness is the fragrance the violet sheds on the heel that crushed it,” which naturally reminds us of “To err is human, to forgive is divine.” But wasn’t Srila Prabhupada, in a sense, the master of forgiveness, for having shown us that all sins can be forgiven by the Holy Name. According to Vrndavana Dasa Thakura, Jagai and Madai were not only thieves and womanisers, but they were also murderers. Forgiveness is a big part of Krsna consciousness.
