Mahanidhi Maharaja once said that an elderly Vrindavana resident was anguishing over the fact that instead of greeting one another with “Jaya Radhe, Jaya Radhe,” Vrindavana residents and visitors were starting to say things like “Hello,” “How are you,” and “Did you get my email?” As the story goes, this elderly man was visited by a wealthy Delhi wala and the Vraj resident told him of his lamentation. The guest from Delhi said he would supply paint if the man would use it to write the names of “Radha” on the walls, trees and buildings of Vrindavana every day. He agreed, and began his daily task of painting Radha’s names throughout the land of Vraj. He was, from then on, constantly supplied with all the paint he needed.
