Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, according to Caitanya Bhagavat, chases after His devotees to get the dust of their feet, so He can purify the whole world. He is God, yet He’s after the dust of devotees’ feet. Similarly Krishna once sought the dust from the gopis feet to relieve a ‘headache.’
